This painting of eggs, flour patties and tomatoes, as we call it in Spanish “Toltitas con huevo or Toltas con huevo” with a side of freshly cut tomatoes, was  painted on re purposed wood. This painting represents a Latino breakfast i had a lot growing up. Delicious.
